Realtor Jay Egan has a difficult job on his hands with clients Dr Oz and wife Shannon. They can't agree whether they want a condo or a house for their family of five. They agree they need enough space for Shannon to work from home and within walking distance of Dr Oz's midtown Toronto practice, so location is everything.
