About Maximum Bob
Elmore Leonard's novel inspired this all-too-brief series about an ornery Florida judge, who's notorious for strict sentences and outrageous courtroom antics. The storylines abound with colorful characters, and oddball plots involving renegade gators, Cuban freedom fighters toting exploding basketballs and a pyro who blows up cars he deems too old.
