About Out Da' Bayou
Out Da' Bayou is a TV series based on gathering the best foods Louisiana has to offer and bringing them to your table in the best Louisiana flare and flavor! From the offshore waters to deep into the southern marsh, if it runs, crawls, swims, flies, jumps, or grows, we will catch, grab, hook, snare, shoot, chase, and pick it, just for your table! Hosted by John Jackson, a producer of outdoor TV for the past 15 years now takes his turn in front of the camera! All the while shooting and producing the show. All hands on deck!
