Rick Stein's Road to Mexico journeys down through North America to explore the hottest food trend, Mexican. Over six weeks, Rick travels down the Pacific Highway of California down to Mexico, sampling the delights that this beautiful part of the world has to offer, and added his own special Cornish twist to the food on his way.
