Where To Stream Thomas & Friends Season 3 Episode 23

Based on the story of the same name from Oliver the Western Engine. Duck meets Bulgy, a double-decker bus who is very opposed to railways. Bulgy and his friend steal Duck and Oliver's passengers by pretending to be a "railway bus" and taking them on an attempted shortcut. But what he does not realise is that a collapsing bridge has inadequate clearance.
